Ronda Tutt's Review
Paranormal Romance

I love happy endings! I really enjoyed this trilogy. This was my first Nora Roberts read and I am glad I gave her books a try. I am giving this a 4 star because it made me laugh out loud when the guys were teasing each other or when the whole group was teasing each other, there were parts that were very f

The first book in this trilogy focused on Caleb and Quinn and the second book focused on Fox and Layla with each book getting closer to destroying the evil that reaked habit over the town Hawkins Hollow in every seven years on the seventh day of the seventh month for seven days.

Now that it has been 21 years since the three young boys have grown up since their 10th birthday when they first made their pact at the Pagan Stone; and all hell broke loose, the time has come to put an end to all the madness and send the demon back to hell.

Gage and Cybil use their gifts of seeing into the future to figure out how to use the blood stone to kill the demon, but their insight is only posibilities of what the future holds.

From some strange reason, all three females end up pregnant right before the 7th day of the 7th month. The demon doesn't know this and when they finally go to the Pagan Stone, they figure out it is another weapon to use against the demon for it is a positive light against the dark evil. Between the positive light and the whole Blood Stone, Gage is willing to sacrefice himself by going into the dark evil and using the stone to open the light to destroy the demon and send him back to hell. With their bloods mix together and the new lifes formed inside them, the love and friendship of the six win over and the light kills the demon.

Life goes back to normal and the six have a future to live and best of all the town is saved. All three couples will be having babies, getting married and living happily ever after.

Gage and Cybil make plans to get married in Vegas right away. Great ending.

Book description
Years ago, after their blood brother ritual, Gage, Fox, and Caleb emerged from the woods, each with a piece of bloodstone. Now, it will become their weapon in the final fight against the demon they awakened. Winner take all...

Shared nightmares, visions of blood and fire, and random violence begin to plague the longtime friends and Quinn, Layla, and Cybil, the women bound to them by fate. None of them can ignore the fact that, this year, the demon has grown stronger - feeding off of the terror it creates. But now, the three pieces of the bloodstone have been fused back together. If only they could figure out how to use it.

A gambling man like Gage has no trouble betting on his crew to find a way. And though he and Cybil share the gift of seeing the future, that's all they share. Were they to take their flirtation to the next level, it would be on their own terms, not because fate decreed it. But Gage knows that a woman like Cybil - with her brains and strength and devastating beauty - can only bring him luck. Good or bad has yet to be determined - and could mean the difference between absolute destruction or an end to the nightmare for Hawkins Hollow.
