Once so ubiquitous and easy to spot (Those shoes and tubes of lipstick on the covers! The cartoon images! Neon-bright girly colors!), chicklit has developed a case of such rampant shyness that some onlookers suspect it may be time to declare it dead. Let's have a look at the evidence, shall we?
