Who wants to be my guinea pig? For my new forms mini giveaway?

I have been trying to figure out how to make these forms for the giveaways. Thanks to Mary at BookHounds I think I have got it right.


So, I am going to do a mini giveaway.This is my first time using the forms and I have no idea how it works.. Please if you participate in this giveaway don't get mad at me if I don't figure out how it works UGH I hate trying new things anymore. I would really like to use the forms to keep people's emails off the comments. I hope it is easer to use, now my only problem is going to be figuring out from here.... So, if you enter this contest you going to be a guinea pig just remember that LOL. I am sure everything will be fine I getting to old for this crap LOL.
