Totally refreshing and different. Vampires, time travel and adventure. This one focuses on the hero and heroine, so its not your typical PNR that is packed with action and slim with the h/h. This is a romance story between a prince vampire and a mortal woman, it takes you through them getting together and her finding out what he is then it takes a turn and goes back in time to the Tudor era for a period of time. During this time things didn’t go as planned and Laurel has to find a way to get them back on her own.

The romance between Sebastian and Lauren is a emotional rollercoaster. Sebastian is great to Lauren even when they just start out seeing each other he takes Lauren to New York and spends a small fortune on her. The sex between them is nice it takes a while and its slim, but what’s there is very tasteful. I found I like the story more after they came back from the past, things seem to fall into place. I feel this is a good book for anyone to try, its one that you can set down and leave and come back and pick it up late.

I had a problem with the romance between the h/h at times, it just didn’t seem believable, but again this is fiction things are not going to be cut and dried like I want. So if you feel the same as your read just remember is fiction and then as you get to the end and think about it a few days or you may get it when you read it, these two feel in place because they already new each other, you say how? Well you have to read and find out how.
