Dee's Thoughts:

Eight years ago Chance Monroe, a hedge witch, was attack at the university campus and left for dead. Due to being the victim of a serial killer, Chance was put in protective custody. Months after her attack, her assailant, Randall Oakes, died in a plane crash or so they thought. Now, Randall has resurfaced, begun a killing spree, and Chance is on his to do list.

This novel in my opinion should be termed suspense. That being said it was a good suspense novel. The author did a wonderful job drawing me into the characters and I found myself immersed in the plot. The twists and turns were unexpected and applauded. So, if you are looking for a suspense novel this is a good pick. However, if you are looking for some romance in your novel, then you will not find it in this one.
